By placing an order on RealStoneIndia, you agree to comply with all our policies, including the Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and other guidelines mentioned on our website.

RealStoneIndia reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

All products sold are natural and handcrafted. Slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur and are considered normal.

All gemstones, crystals, rudraksha, jewelry, and related products are described to the best of our ability.

Variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.

These minor variations do not qualify as defects and cannot be grounds for returns or refunds.

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.

We accept multiple online payment options. For COD orders (if available), customers may be required to provide verification documents.

COD refunds above ₹2,00,000 may require PAN Card or bank verification documents.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, customs, holidays, or other external factors.

You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Couriers may attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the order is returned to us.
